We’re thrilled to welcome you! Let’s ensure your event is a success with a few essential steps:
  • Review our straightforward venue guidelines and potential fees.
  • Provide proof of your deposit for our records.

Venue Dos and Don’ts:

  • Help us maintain a clean space: no shoes, pets, or smoking allowed.
  • Keep food and beverages away from play areas.
  • Maintain a friendly atmosphere by keeping noise levels reasonable.
  • For everyone’s safety, our CCTV is in operation—please do not tamper with it.
  • Leave the venue clean—additional mess will result in extra charges.

Before You Depart:

  • Remove all decorations and clean up any spills.
  • Dispose of trash into the green bins just outside the cargo lift on Level 4.
  • Clean and return all kitchen utensils.
  • Rearrange the furniture to its original layout.
  • Turn off all electronics and securely lock up!

The booked time includes both setup and teardown. If you overstay, it will be $160/hour on weekdays and $200/hour on weekends. 

Note that any stay beyond the scheduled time by more than 15 minutes will result in a full hour charge.

Oops! Did Something Go Awry? Here’s What It May Cost:

  • Damage to venue property: repair or replacement fees.
  • Hockey table mishaps: $600.
  • Additional cleaning: $100-$400.
  • Spillage within SpaceyEarth or outside common space: $200.
  • Indoor shoes or pets: $300.
  • Smoking indoor or common corridor: $150.
  • Misplaced furniture/equipment: $50.
  • Noise complaints from neighbours or police visits: $300.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit of $800 is required to cover any potential issues. This amount will be refunded within a week after the event, provided everything is in order.

Your deposit transfer and submission of the form indicate that you understand the rules and are ready to celebrate responsibly. Let’s create some unforgettable memories!

Cancellation Policy:

  • Requests made less than 28 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Requests made less than 14 days before the event date will not be refunded.

Any changes to the booking date or time are subject to management approval and availability.
